We have used this cleaning company for about 5 months. It started out well with good service. However, after a month, the cleaning aunty would go MIA and not turn up claiming she was sick.We called the aunty and told her to have a good rest. So the boss arranged for a subsequent cleaning date. This time two cleaners came down, one was the aunty and the other her friend. Although the cleaning was a four hour arrangment, the cleaning was comlpeted in 1 and half hours! Sounds efficient but hubby and i had to wash the toilet bowl ourselves and the house was cleaned in a slip shot manner. The best thing was when the boss was informed, she said that she was not even aware that two cleaners came down! What great management of staff! She offered to waive off the fee but when the monthly bill came, we were still charged!

One week later, the aunty went MIA again. When I called the boss, she insisted that we had cancelled the cleaning date when we did no such thing! once again, there was no apology. Two weeks alter, the aunty went MIA again and after repeated phone calls, the aunty said she was feeling sick. We told her that it is alright if she is sick but to at least tell us or we are left waiting and waiting with no idea what is going on!

Our main grouse is not really the aunty but the boss. Lets call her Ms Joc. We had an unplaesant time dealing with her as she has never apologized for the inconvenince that has happened 3 times in a row. She also insists that we are not being understanding that aunty is sick. Not that we are heartless people but we do understand. However, what do you expect us to do when we are left in the lurch time and time again wating and waiting with no idea what is going on??? Lastly, she is difficult to reach and we had to resort to get aunty's number and even inform her that the aunty was sick! Such great PR skills!

So if you all need a cleaning service, please consider carefully. This was one that we would NEVER recommend to others!!!
